For tot tumbling, children will be introduced to the world of tumbling and acrobatics. They will learn the basic, foundational skills such as stretching, balance, and coordination. Children will also learn how to complete forward rolls, backward rolls, backbends, handstands, and several other elementary skills.

Children must be 3 years old and be potty trained. All tot tumbling classes are a half hour long. Requirements to move up to beginner tumbling include; you must be 5 years old or proficient at the basic tot skills.
In beginner tumbling classes, children will be learning step-by-step progression of basic tumbling skills. These skills will include handstands, forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, front / back limbers, and roundoffs. These skills will be taught by experienced adults. Intermediate
In intermediate tumbling classes, tumblers will continue to perfect their beginner skills. They will advance onto learning skills such as front / back walkovers, front handsprings, back handsprings, and side aerials. In intermediate tumbling classes, tumblers will continue to perfect their beginner skills. Classes will be coordinated in a timely and efficient manner with basic stretching, leading into practice of beginner skills, followed by organized intermediate stations. All intermediate classes will be an hour long.
Tumblers must have all beginner skills to move into intermediate tumbling classes. Requirements to move up to advanced tumbling include; back handspring, front handspring, front & back walkovers, and beginning steps of a side aerial.
Advanced
For tumblers to be in advanced tumbling, they must have all beginner and intermediate skills achieved. During advanced tumbling classes coaches will challenge tumblers to establish goals to help them be successful. During these classes, tumblers will work towards skills they need to practice more and new skills they want to accomplish. Tumblers will learn skills such as back tucks, front tucks, tumbling passes, and back/front twisting. Advanced classes will be coached by very experienced and trained adults. Classes will be coordinated in a timely and efficient manner with basic stretching, leading into practice of intermediate skills, followed by organized advanced stations.
