Tera was born and raised in Waynesburg, PA. Much of her life has been surrounded by cheerleading. She placed top 10 at Worlds more than ten times, she holds 3 Summit Champions, All-Star World Champion, won every large National a dozen of times, and she holds a World Champion title. After being a cheerleader, she decided to take on coaching. She has coached Cheer Express Miss Silver and Camo Co-ed for 5 years, owned her own gym for 13 years, and for the last 5 years she coached Top Gun Angels and Glory 5. With her life coming in full circle, she has decided to return to her home town to share her knowledge, experiences, and expertise with the Iconic family. She has a true love and passion for the world of cheer. Whenever she's not coaching cheer she enjoys spending time with her kiddo. She can’t wait to see what’s in store for herself by taking on this position as the Iconic team coordinator!

Chelsey joined the EQT Rec Center team just about six years ago working throughout our summer camp program, childcare services, and Star Tumbling. She enjoys being active and working with children, helping them to develop and maintain a young healthy lifestyle. Chelsey has always had a love for tumbling, she began gymnastics at a very young age and continued until she was a teenager. She did competitive gymnastics till she reached level nine, with her favorite event being floor exercise. After gymnastics, Chelsey danced locally in Waynesburg throughout high school continuing to pursue her love for tumbling and acrobatics. She is a graduate from Slippery Rock University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Also, Chelsey works as an Outreach Specialist / Teen Outreach Program Facilitator at Cornerstone Care Community Health Center. Chelsey is excited to share her love for tumbling with children throughout our community.

Lauren joined the EQT team in 2017 first starting as a front desk employee. She began coaching tumbling and cheerleading in the fall of 2022. Recently, she accepted the Sports and Rec Assistant position, organizing a variety of different sports activities under the leadership of Meghan and Amy.
Lauren began cheerleading for Waynesurg Central at a very young age and continued in college at California University of Pennsylvania. She cheered competitively as well, making it to US Finals in Virginia Beach. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two children, Braelyn and Ronan, both who are very active in a variety of sports. Braelyn cheers for two of the Iconic cheer teams. Lauren can’t wait to continue to expand her knowledge throughout her numerous job roles at the REC Center and help children discover the wonderful sports through cheerleading and tumbling.

Maddie worked for the EQT REC Center a few years back as an advanced tumbling coach. She joined our team again last year to be a tumbling coach as well as a cheerleading coach for the All Star Cheer teams. This previous year she coached Team Fierce alongside coach Makayla, they were a Youth Level 2 Prep Team.
Maddie has been involved in the cheer/All Star Cheer world from a young age, starting school cheer at 5 years old and gaining a base knowledge of the sport throughout elementary and middle school. Maddie joined her first All Star Cheer team at age 11, on a Junior Level 2 team. She continued with the sport and made it to the highest level at the time, Senior Level 5.
On this level she was able to go to The Cheerleading Worlds twice and place 10th in the world with one of her teams. Worlds is where all the best cheer teams come from all over the world to compete for champion titles in their division.
Maddie started coaching right out of high school for her younger sisters cheer and softball teams and really found a passion for them both. She enjoys being able to help kids achieve their full potential with whatever they decide to do. Cheerleading has helped her learn important life skills and she's excited to have a chance to pass it on!

Makayla joined the EQT REC Center team in 2022, where she began coaching with the Tiny Division Team within the Iconics Cheerleaders. Makayla enjoys working with children and saw coaching as an opportunity to help children grow as athletes and individuals. Makayla has always had a love for cheerleading. Starting in the early years of her youth, Makayla joined her first cheerleading squad and grew a passion for the sport throughout the next 10+ years. Makayla currently attends PennWest University of California PA and is planning to graduate in the Spring with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, staying active, and being creative. Makayla also works at Ozy’s Bar & Grill in Clarksville, PA, where she particularly enjoys meeting new people and receiving visits from her cheerleaders. Makayla is excited for the start of the 2024/2025 season and feels blessed to be able to play a role in the lives of these cheerleaders, and our community.

Olivia joined the EQT REC Center about six years ago working with the summer program, childcare services, Star Tumbling, and the Iconic Cheerleading teams. During her free time she enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her friends and family. From a young age, she has had a passion for tumbling. Olivia danced and cheered locally in Waynesburg for 13 years, which allowed her to showcase and perfect her tumbling skills. She recently graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Special Education. She is currently a Special Education Teacher at Cheat Lake Elementary School. As she continues to work at the EQT REC Center, she looks forward to working with all of the students to help them achieve their tumbling goals.

Madison joined EQT in 2024 as a cheer and tumbling coach. She started cheerleading in school during 2nd grade, as the older teams “mascot.” She continued school cheerleading at Waynesburg Central through graduation. She began All-Star cheerleading at age 12 and continued with the sport throughout her school years- competing up to senior level 5. Upon high school graduation, Madison attended Slippery Rock University where she cheered and earned a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy and Adapted Physical Activity. Throughout her 4 years in the collegiate sport, their team competed at UCA College Nationals each year. Outside of cheerleading Madison enjoys spending time and playing with her son, Amari, being outside and being active, visiting with friends and family, and doing creative hobbies like coloring, painting, building puzzles, etc. She can’t wait to share her love and knowledge for the sport of cheer with the community she grew up in!

Thorin, often known as Thor, was raised around sports and dance. She started dancing at the very young age of 3 and moved onto cheerleading in second grade. Overall, she has 13 years of experience in the cheer industry between school, competitive cheerleading, and college cheer. In addition, she holds a U.S. Finals & National Champion Title through CTA.
Outside of athletics, she graduated from Waynesburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. Since graduating, she has had a son, Jesse, in 2022. She enjoys traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to sharing her passion for the sport with the next generation!

Angelica, who also goes by Ang, was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA but currently resides in Waynesburg, PA where she is a Resident Director at Waynesburg University and occasionally substitute teaches. Angelica graduated from Waynesburg University in 2021 with her Bachelors of Arts in Middle Level Education and then proceeded to earn her Masters in Special Education and Business Administration in 2023. Currently, Angelica attends Duquesne University where she is a member of the cohort of 2026 Doctoral program in Educational Leadership.
Angelica started cheering for her hometown’s youth recreation league in elementary school until she could join her middle school basketball and competitive squad from 5th- 8th grade where she earned a Diocesan Champion title. Angelica then cheered all four years of high school, serving as a co-captain her senior year and all four years of college where she served as the captain her senior year.
Angelica was a volunteer coaching assistant for 7 seasons at her previous middle school where she helped to create and teach competitive dance routines and cheers. From there, she began her first head coaching role at the high school level for 2 years.
Angelica is currently the head Varsity Coach at Waynesburg Central High School where she also oversees the middle school program that she headed for 1 season. It will also be Angelica's 3rd season as a collegiate level coach at Waynesburg University. In addition, in 2022, Angelica started the first ever Special Olympics Cheerleading Squad in Pennsylvania and continues to expand upon that program.
In Angelica's spare time, she likes to volunteer within her community, hangout with family and friends, and relax with her two cats, bearded dragon, and naked guinea pig. Angelica is excited for the opportunity to join the Iconics family and help to improve cheerleading opportunities within Greene County!

Melissa has been working with the EQT REC Center for 3 years. She has a passion to teach children. She is the Lead for the summer camp program here at the REC Center and is our Tot tumbling coach. Melissa feels that every moment is a teachable moment for a child. Melissa loves being hands on with kids and gets super creative to keep her tots consistently moving and having fun. She is a kindergarten teacher at GVCA and is also active in her church community with the children. Melissa loves the Lord. She is also a busy mom of twins and strives to lead a healthy lifestyle for herself and her kids. You can tell through Melissa’s character and her consistent smile that she loves what she does. Her kindness, her passion and her creativity shines through to these kids here at the center. She looks forward to her groups of children each new season for tumbling and the returning and new faces for summer camp each year and to see and hear all of their accomplishments.

Amy has been with the EQT REC Center since they opened as the Program Manager. During her second year here, she decided to create the Star Tumbling Program and has been coaching ever since. The Tumbling and Cheerleading programs have expanded significantly since they began. Amy was a dancer and tumbler for 12 years, with her favorite skill being a double whip and acro being her favorite dance class. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her three kids, participating in Bible study, and spending time within her church community.

Lilliana is currently a Junior at Clay Battelle High School. She is very dedicated to cheerleading. She decided to join Iconics for the cheerleading program and cheers on Team Elite. She helps with Star Tumbling coaching from beginner to advanced. She began her cheer journey starting at the age of 5. She loves being able to push people to always do their best, gain strength, and have no fear. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends. You can always find her in the gym doing flips, stunts and laughing with others.

Ann has always loved working with children and has 5 of her own. She has dedicated her time and energy to her family throughout their early years of life. Child development has always been an interest of hers and she has experience with neurodiverse children. Ann has enjoyed tumbling from a young age. Her youngest daughter has shown the same interest in the sport as well. This has led her and her family to EQT REC Center and Star Tumbling where she began her career. She started coaching with Star Tumblers in the Spring of 2023. Ann's goals in coaching students are to build skills, strength, and self-confidence in every area.

Bree has been working at the EQT REC Center for three years. She started working in the childcare services, the summer camp program, and now Star Tumbling. Bree has always enjoyed working with children, whether it is coaching youth track and field camps, being involved in multiple community Christmas programs and Vacation Bible Schools, and now Star Tumbling! She started dancing at Kat & Co. dance studio at a very young age and also took many tumbling classes at CTA both located in Morgantown, West Virginia. Currently, Bree is enrolled at Penn Commercial Business / Technical School’s Practical Nursing program. She is excited to continue sharing her love of acrobatics and tumbling with the youth throughout the community!

Brooke is currently a sophmore at Jefferson-Morgan High School. She lives in Clarksville with her mom, dad, a little brother, and little sister. Brooke’s main hobby is cheerleading. Brooke has been cheerleading for the school district for a total of 8 years and is on her third year of competition cheer. Brooke dedicates a lot of her time volunteering at the school or in the community when needed.

Charli began tumbling at the age of 4 in the small town of Glenville, WV, and continued tumbling at different gyms throughout grade school, middle school, and high school. Her cheer experience started in 4th grade and continued into college.
Her best memories of her collegiate years included cheer competitions and "flying" in partner stunts. After college, she coached at different gyms (Fox All Stars, Cheer One, Gym 3, and WV Gymnastics Center) while also volunteering as head coach for a youth squad in Buckhannon, WV. Most recently, Charli was the head coach of the Glenville State University cheer team in 2019 & 2020.
Charli is a full time business owner, store manager, and mother of 3. She enjoys traveling and scuba diving with her husband and doing all different kinds of fun activities with her children. In her spare time she also helps with the Braxton County Middle School and Fairmont State University cheer programs.
Being as passionate about cheer and tumbling as she is, she hopes to help athletes reach their goals, both mentally and physically, while also inspiring them to be the best version of themselves.
